This year's Day of the Seafarers will launch the ‘My Harassment-Free Ship’ campaign, which aims to shine a light on what we can all do to foster a culture of zero tolerance.  (“My ship - where there is no violence and harassment”), a call for safe, respectful, and harmonious working environments on every voyage. We urge every member on board and throughout our company to commit to this principle, ensuring a space where crew members can live, work, and share in peace, discipline, and dedication.
Over the years, you – our Captains, Chief Engineers, Officers, and crew members – have overcome every challenge with Sunrise Manpower Co., Ltd. Your unwavering will, responsible hearts, and pride in the Vietnamese seafarer tradition are deeply valued. Your faith, devotion, and sacrifices are the foundation of our company's success.
In a challenging maritime transport industry, your solidarity, self-respect, and professional ethics ensure safe voyages and imbue each day at sea with purpose.
